Dr. Amol J. Pharande believes every child, adolescent and adult deserves a healthy and beautiful smile. To provide the best and most effective treatment possible, he attended the best teaching institutes, and continues to hone his skills.
Dr. Amol completed his B.D.S. from Pravara Institute of Medical Sciences (Pune University) in 2000. After graduation, he gained valuable experience practicing general dentistry under the able guidance of his uncle, the renowned dental practitioner – Dr. M.K. Pharande, before attending the prestigious SDM Institute of Dental Sciences & Hospital, in Dharwad, Karnataka. It was here he earned his post-doctoral education in Orthodontics under the tutelage of highly acclaimed academician and renowned clinician – Prof. V.P. Jayade; and received the Masters Degree in Orthodontics.
Even after post-graduation he continued, and still continues learning and gaining expertise by associating with such distinguished clinicians like Dr. R.B. Sable, and attending national and international seminars.
Dr. Amol, along with his younger brother Dr. Vikram, has established advanced dental and orthodontic centres at Pune and Baramati, and manages the orthodontic department at Dr. Pharande's Dental Hospital, Chinchwad – the unique and one-of-its-kind dental set-up in India.
In addition to practicing orthodontics full time, Dr. Pharande is actively involved in a number of professional organizations, including the Pune Orthodontic Study Group, Indian Dental Association, Indian Orthodontic Society, and the World Federation of Orthodontists. A contemplative, genuine, down to earth individual, he believes in a simple and honest way of life. When not working, Dr. Amol enjoys yoga, martial arts, meditation, reading, and travelling.
Dr. Snehal Pharande, the better half of Dr. Amol, completed her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (B.D.S.) in 2005. She has been a scholar throughout her academic life, passing all exams with distinction, and standing first in various subjects. After graduation, she spent two years rigorously practicing and learning clinical dentistry in the disciplined environment of Dr. Pharande's Dental Hospital. Here, she gained a valuable experience treating a wide range of patients using modern techniques and equipments. To further expand her horizon, she regularly attends lectures and courses by the leading experts in every speciality of dentistry.
Her cheerful nature and a genuinely caring attitude makes her patients feel at home. She is a favourite among kids who insist for her to do their treatment.Be it a complex dental procedure or preparing an exotic delicacy, she does it all with equal ease and enthusiasm.
Dr. Vikram J. Pharande, a promising young dentist, is devoted to providing world-class dental services at affordable cost to the rural population of his hometown Baramati. With the same urge, he endured to create an exclusive 1200 sq.ft. ultramodern dental set-up in Baramati. He keeps no stone unturned to provide the latest and the best in oral care, at the same time keeping the treatment charges at bare minimum.
During graduation, he was always appreciated by the teaching faculty for his skill, sincerity, and devotion towards his work.
